Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, & Level 4 Help Desk Specialist – Responsible for Help Desk staff and the activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolutions of reported problems. Provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows and Linux desktop applications, and applications operated by the data center. Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Sales/Marketing Associate – Proficient in analysis and definition of customer IT infrastructure business needs, applying methodologies, support of program management, exposure to client issues, and development of project deliverables. Provide assistance on completing work plan activities, analyzes relevant data and information, and institutes and supports business solutions. Provide analytical and program support, and work with an understanding of Customer and Organizational business needs. Recommend IT implementation strategies that keep engagement tasks within the project scope and budget, while meeting deliverable requirements.
SEO/Website Developer – Develop new Web applications and SEO optimization as identified by management through packaged and customized applications. Monitor SEO performance through Google analytics and maintain SEO algorithms and website rankings. Create a company-wide Intranet, allowing data manipulation for each internal staff member. Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and ensure all internal systems are integrated. Perform complete testing of Web applications unit and system, engaging users as necessary. Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use. Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing. Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
Microsoft Certified Technician – Knowledge of PC operating systems and Windows, as well as networking, mail standards, and work on a help desk. Required to be certified as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). Able to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot desktop environments that run on the Windows operating system and solve hardware and software operation and application problems associated with Windows.
Linux Certified Technician – Knowledge of PC operating systems, Linux operating system, as well as networking, mail standards, and work on a help desk. Required to have Linux Red Hat certification. Able to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot desktop environments that run on the Linux operating system and solve hardware and software operation and application problems on Linux.
Network Operations Center Technician – Network Operations Center Technician – Manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of network and data center systems. Implements and ensures compliance with Data Center Standard Operations procedures and the Network Security Policy. Monitors data center system operation performance, identify and notify management of problems, and works to trouble shoot and repair any problems. Provides technical support via phone and e-mail. Facilitates 24/7/365 secure access to the data center. Monitors support ticket queue to ensure a quick response to customer’s requests.
CyberSecurity Specialist – Responsible for network security, systems penetration and counter measures, computer forensics, and firewalls. Perform vulnerability assessments on all new technology, systems, and changes related to Information Technology. Manage Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and perform cyber investigations when anomalous activity has been detected. Demonstrate ability using Web Security Gateway systems and identifying vulnerabilities in multiple operating systems. Perform risk assessments on all new technology-related initiatives and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies. Minimum Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification required.
Communications Network Manager – Evaluates communication hardware and software, troubleshoots LAN/MAN/WAN and other network related problems. Provide technical expertise for the performance and configuration of networks. Performs general LAN/MAN/WAN administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large-scale computer integrated networks. Supervise technical staff.
Operations Manager – Responsible for the oversight of all Data Center infrastructure operations that includes network security, performance optimization, infrastructure capability, network architecture and testing, expansion planning, training and independent audits such as SSAE16. Develops and tests new products and interfaces with customers and subcontractors on all aspects of operations and network services. Manage the operation of all the critical facility subsystems such as the electrical network and power distribution, uninterrupted power supplies, emergency diesel generator, HVAC, FM-200 fire suppression and environmental controls. In addition, manages all of the IP connectivity within the data center and the external network security of the facility.
Network Operations Center Manager – Ensure the Network Operations Center is continuously manned with qualified personnel, controls visitor access, verifies support tickets are logged and conducts the day-to-day facility operations. Implements and ensures compliance with Data Center Standard Operations procedures and the Network Security Policy. Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning. Responsible for configuring, securing, and maintaining the data center network, and providing level 3 support for customers when needed. Supervise the Network Operations Center staff and manage the schedule, training, hiring, and evaluation of all NOC staff. In addition, manages the IP connectivity within the data center and the external network security of the facility.
Network Operations Center Technician – Manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of network and data center systems. Implements and ensures compliance with Data Center Standard Operations procedures and the Network Security Policy. Monitors data center system operation performance, identify and notify management of problems, and works to trouble shoot and repair any problems. Provide technical support via phone and e-mail. Facilitates 24/7/365 secure access to the data center. Monitors support ticket queue to ensure a quick response to customer’s requests.
Network Technician – Organize and direct network installations on site surveys. Assesses and documents current site network configuration and user requirements. Designs and optimizes network topologies. Directs and leads preparation of engineering plans and site installation Technical Design Packages. Develops installation schedules and mobilizes the network installation team. Directs and leads preparation of drawings documenting configuration changes at each site. Prepares site installation and test reports. Coordinates post installation operations and maintenance support.
Project Manager – Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task orders (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard/migration system). Assist the General Manager in working with the customer agency representatives. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner per the customer requirements.
Data Center Facility Engineer – Provide engineering, integration and documentation of all Data Center infrastructure operations that includes performance optimization, infrastructure capability, network architecture and testing, expansion planning, training and independent audits such as SSAE16. Develop Standard Operations Procedures for data center operations and testing of infrastructure improvements or new products. Establish the facility architecture and integration of all the critical facility subsystems such as the electrical network and power distribution, uninterrupted power supplies, emergency diesel generator, HVAC, FM-200 fire suppression, and environmental controls.
Information Systems Training Specialist – Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Develop all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develop all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training. Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.
Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery Engineer – Leads complex disaster recovery and data center assessments leading to recovery solutions, recommendations and implementations. Specialize in disaster recovery and business continuity design architecture based on the critical nature of the applications to support customer missions. Identify appropriate solutions to fit customer requirements and business needs. Serve as the Technical Point of Contact for issue resolution of customer issues and provides presales technical support in the form of presentations, white papers, and client meetings.
